Submit a support request. A ticket ID is returned and routed to the GO_BYTE support queue. See the Support Policy for what happens next.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from the Support page inside the GO_BYTE app. The request executes automatically: profile, stats, and social connections are removed, and match history is anonymized. See the Data Retention Policy.
